A fun catchy song like Toinght Tonight but it's pretty much a copy and paste and add some rappers, which just happen to be the New Boyz which degrade the song even more. Very disappointing especially when I thought Hot Chelle Rae would be a pretty good emerging new artist. 2<br><br>EDIT: Grown on me a lot though but still don't really like the input from the New Boyz. 5<br><br>EDIT 2: Not a huge fan of this any more. 3

New Boyz's rap, while not particularly good, might just be the highlight of this. It's just really juvenile and crappy, and musically has next to nothing going for it. 1.7

I used to think this song was awful. Like Tonight, Tonight, the lyrics are really bad. But this is incredibly catchy ... like it!

Ik vind dit zelfs beter dan hun debuutsingle! Niet voor niets de openingssong op hun album en ook niet voor niets de nieuwe single! De raps zijn een toevoeging en het refrein is zelfs catchier dan dat van 'Tonight Tonight'. HIT!<br><br>En dan nog iets: de zanger ziet er in de video van 'I Like It Like That' veel leuker uit dan in de video van 'Tonight Tonight'. Dat korte koppie staat hem veel beter dan dat bloempotkapsel!

Waar 'Tonight Tonight' nog een aardige popsong was, is 'I Like It Like That' een stomvervelend nummer geworden. Stuurloos begint de zanger van Hot Chelle Rae te zingen, en dat gaat door tot en met het einde. Vervelende, onrustige bubblegum pop. |

HATE! The lyrics are terrible and even worse than "Tonight Tonight" which has terrible lyrics as well. Vocals are worse here too. In fact it's pretty much just a more terrible and more annoying version of "Tonight Tonight" complete with an added in rap verse by New Boyz which just makes this even more dire. All up a very unpleasant listening experience which is worse than "Tonight Tonight". One of my least favourite songs of 2011.

This song is alright, but doesn't stand up well over time.<br>My main gripe with this is in the post-chorus, right before the New Boyz rap verse, one of the "New Boyz" (who sound both strangely like Lil Wayne) proceeds to TALK over Ryan (the lead singer). It's annoying, clunky, messy, and just does not improve the song whatsoever.<br>The lyrics are fairly off-putting too. |

I'm going against the majority to say that this is an extremely catchy song. It's not meant to be taken seriously and but this is one damn danceable bop. Truly an iconic song of the early 2010s. |
