Der Titelsong des Schimanski-Streifens "Blutsbrüder" ist mein liebster Chris-Rea-Song. Die melancholisch-verträumte Atmosphäre des Werks, die einschmiegsame Refrainmelodie und die verspielte Instrumentalgestaltung bescheren mit Blues-Touch versehenen Soft-Pop, wie ich ihn sehr mag. Da runde ich sogar gerne zur Höchstwertung auf. Sehr gut!
